E.L. Pruitt provided the HVAC, Ventilation, and Fire Protection systems for the addition of the Springfield Clinic rehab facility, at the Villas Senior Care Community in Sherman, IL. The addition includes multiple gym spaces, therapy rooms, dining areas, and patient rooms.  The building will expand it's rehabilitation services to provide a physical and occupational therapy suite.  The HVAC system installed by E.L. Pruitt consisted of a ground mounted gas fired rooftop unit and a ground mounted gas fired neutral air unit which supplies heated or cooled fresh air to patient rooms. Within the patient rooms the PTAC units contain the following: high efficiency split systems, general exhaust, and energy recovery ventilators for oxygen tank storage room.  The Fire Protection division installed new fire sprinkler systems that met the requirements for the facility under NFPA13 standards.
